Resonate Coaching was founded by Robert Webb, a fully qualified coach, NLP Practitioner and MBTI qualified assessor who brings positive energy into his coaching whether this is for individuals or teams. He has a highly successful business track record having worked in the corporate business community for more than 30 years with Global High Technology brands.

 

This considerable range of business skills brings a unique capability to Resonate Coaching and its ability to clearly understanding the issues, drivers and language in today’s commercial environment. In addition, Robert has been through a number of significant career changes including redundancy and this enables him to empathise effectively with individuals and organisations.

 

He also has an MBA and is a member of The Association for Coaching, Chartered Institute of Marketing, Institute of Leadership of Management and Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
